if you make over $4000 in the ocurse of a year FC will contact you and ask you to fill out one, yes

I think the technical tax law is if you make over $600 in a year with an income you are supposed to claim it in your taxes. But that is claiming it as additional income on your own taxes and not getting a w2 or whatever form from fusioncash. So if you end up between $600-$3999, you'll have to keep track and add onto your own taxes.
