I also try to remember to post throughout the month. As a newbie I am still limited to 9 posts per 24 hours, so I can't wait until the last minute.

Keep going you will get there. Just make sure that the 30 posts you do are in the same month. Also you have to create 3 pf those post. Once you hit the 30 post mark you can submit. The way to see how many posts you have in a month is hit the paid to post tab at the top of the forum.the click on forum bonus  request form. From there it will show you how to submit your post. Then wait the allotted time and you will get your $3.00 bonus

Just try and do about 3 a day and this way you should be done in 10 days. Then if you want you can continue to post throughout the month.

At first I didn't have a goal but when I started seeing my rewards get higher and higher I wondered what it would be after 90 days. Just did my first cashout of 271.00  made me happy

If you start early enough in the month you can do just a couple of posts per day. I understand that sometimes there are not too many topics to comment on in the forums, so yes some days are easier than others. You can also post something if you yourself have a legitimate question or concern.

Sometimes it can be difficult but I would suggest to check the forum every few days to respond to posts are post your own so by the end of the month you don't have to struggle to get to 30
