FusionCash Restricted User
« on: April 27, 2018, 06:54:28 am »
Hi all! Why would Fusion Cash restrict a user? Someone from the FC community reached out to me asking for my help to contact an Admin because she can't log in saying "Restricted User" and she said that all her earnings are gone. She recently changed her Wifi settings and thinks this may be the issue. I wish we were able to private message people on here. I explained to her that happened to me a year ago when I was in the Bahamas. It might be a security feature. She put a ticket in and hopefully will get a response.

Let me know if there is anything else I can do to help her. If there are any ADMINS reading this, please let me know what I can tell her and how long this will be for.

Thank you in advance! xo :)

Kimber,
I have been here since the beginning.  Accounts can be temporarily suspended.  The amount of time that they are  suspended is depending on the offense the user committed.  I hope that helps.

My guess is that they do not recognize her account due to the changes.

The problem is that it can take a lifetime for them to get back to you. Fusioncash is not known for it's stellar customer service.

Thank you! Yes, I know this since I had this issue last year and was worried I was going to lose my earnings. She will be fine, she is just antsy to get back on FC since some people are addicted to it...lol

I do not believe that you are allowed to do Fusion Cash using wi-fi. I think that you can only do Fusion Cash using cable or satellite or similar. It has to be hard lined.

I believe that I remember reading somewhere on the site that you can get in trouble using wi-fi and might be restricted.

You can try to put in a support ticket for your friend.

I also think you need to be hard lined but not sure... if support doesn't answer soon, maybe you can read the guidelines, etc and see if the answer is there

I use WiFi on my laptop now. But I have also used Wifi in Oregon when we took a short trip there last year, and I have changed my location many times without any problems.   I hope you (or she) can get it figured out.

I got a suspension too one time.... but I was still able to contact customer support at least... strange, your friend should have limited access to the site but still be able to open a ticket..?!

Thanks everyone! She is still restricted at this time and I use Wi-Fi also, so I find that weird. I think it's when it does not recognize the wifi that you sign in with. Thanks for every ones help. Hopefully she will get back on soon. :)

I might be wrong but I do not believe that wi fi is allowed for any reason. If someone else is using the same wi fi as you, then you can get restricted. It is not a sure thing because if you are the only one using the wi fi network, you might get away with it but the possibility exists that you will get restricted.

I think this is how it used to be and maybe things have changed. I would suggest that anyone using wi fi go over the terms of service and the FAQ's as well as open a support ticket. Better to be safe than sorry.

I think an account can be restricted for a few reasons. One would be using the same ip address or the same computer. Another reason would be posting something in a forum that is against the rules.  :peace:

I had a problem yesterday May 3, saying I wasn't able to get any surveys because they restricted me from getting any surveys, so I had to reapply as a user to get more surveys started again. Still haven't gotten the daily emails sent to my email.

I have been using my wifi for about a year. Too many people have it for a site to prohibit it.  It is basically a tech advancement!

I think there is something going on with Fusion and they don't know how to handle it properly. The site was down for about 5 hours this morning. As if the page did not exist. It was really weird to see "This domain name is register...blah blah blah"... and I can't even do tasks! It says the URL is blocked when I try signing in with facebook! what's going on lately?
