Yep, that's just how it is done.  My latest request for cash out came toward the end of April, right around the third week of the month.

Then my balance went to zero so here we go again.  The cool thing about this particular cash out and the timing of one of my completed surveys is that the survey credit was added to my account after the cash out request.  This gave me a little more of a jump start for the next round.

same here waiting for the 20th or so to get paid about 50.00. have built up little over 25.00 in about a month.  will keep going to get more.

I set up a limit and try to go higher each month than the last month. $50.00 one month, than I reach higher for $100 and so forth..

Keep up the good work!  Starting with a Paid to Post balance of $3.00 for the month makes a big difference.  It will help to motivate you and get you to your cash point.  So always try to get in your monthly post for the month.
