Popeyes vs. KFC

-Popeyes originated in New Orleans, KFC started in Kentucky.
-Both have used the color red in designing their establishments, a color that has been scientifically proven to increase appetite.

I love KFC. I was raised on it and I love the original. So many people would prefer going to Popeyes. I admit that I like their sides.

Geeesh  my favorite color is red ! Now i know why I've gained weight !  I like KFC the best ! Maybe coz Popeyes wasn't around my home town growing up , My mom loved KFC mashed potatoes , one of the few things I could get her to eat during her chemo.

I prefer Popeyes, I have eaten KFC most of my life and I still like it but I prefer Popeyes.

May I toss a third hat into the ring?  We do not have any Popeyes nearby, so I have never had the option of eating their chicken.  I don't know how far their franchises operate, but we have a Lee's Famous Recipe Chicken in town which is quite comparable to KFC in menu options and so forth.  I very much prefer Lee's to KFC.

We don't have either a Popeye's  or a KFC in our area.  But I think I have had KFC before.  So I guess I don't prefer one over the other.

I've never had Popeye's...  I grew-up eating KFC... I like their biscuits.
It seems that KFC has gotten pretty expensive lately, might as well go to a restaurant.

We don’t have a Popeyes, but I like K Fried.  I grew up eating it.

I like KFC, but can't honestly say I prefer it to Popeye's simply because there isn't a Popeye's convenient to me and I haven't ate at one in a LONG time.

Ive only had Popeyes once and felt the chicken could have been cooked a little more.It was ok tho.

I like KFC better.I trust it more and their cole-slaw is really good.I love their mashed potatos and gravy too.

I Love KFC more than Popeye's. I had KFC growing up, didn't eat at Popeye's till I was past my teen years. I do like the potatoes and gravy at Popeye's. Just Love the way KFC makes their chicken!
