I am still kind of a night owl even though my work hours have changed a bit.  I now work 3 day shifts but still have 2 night shifts till 2 am.  Kind of throws off my body clock.

I'm a morning person full of energy and ready to go but around 11 pm I'm ready to find a bed.

I am a night owl and have a 3rd shift job

I hate mornings but once my kids are in school I would like to have a 1st shift job.

My habits change frequently. I will be a night owl for months and then have to get up early for a while and turn into a morning person. Right now I am definitely a morning person, except tomorrow morning. LOL

:monkey: :) :monkey: I'm mostly a morning person, due to my schedule for work, but I can stay up late if I want to. Which doesn't happen very often these days. Certain schedules just happen to change life styles.  :monkey: :) :monkey:

I'm a night owl myself, given the choice, that is. I prefer being up late and am more productive at night too. It's tough when I have to be an early bird, really don't feel like myself until the afternoon hits.

I use to be more of a night owl, but anymore, I wake at 7: AM without trying.  So I have become more of a morning person.
