Read Psalm 27:4
KJV
One thing have I desired of the LORD, that will I seek after; that I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the LORD, and to enquire in his temple.

“Have intense love for one another, because love covers a multitude of sins.”—1 Pet. 4:8.

3 We have to face the fact that, due to the disobedience and imperfection of our original parents Adam and Eve, we have all inherited an inclination toward wrongdoing or sin. (Rom. 5:12) All of us frequently miss the mark of what is righteous. Within us is a proneness to be envious, to become provoked, to brag, to be unforgiving, and so forth. And do we not get angry with ourselves when we at times give in to these sinful inclinations? Yet these bad tendencies exist, and we simply have to realize that, on occasion, they are going to be expressed in words and actions. The disciple James, writing under God’s inspiration, correctly observed: “We all stumble many times. If anyone does not stumble in word, this one is a perfect man.” But none are perfect. “There is no man that does not sin,” the Bible says.—Jas. 3:2; 1 Ki. 8:46.

Job
2 Afterward the day came when the sons of the true God*+ entered to take their station before Jehovah,+ and Satan also entered among them to take his station before Jehovah.+

2 Then Jehovah said to Satan: “Where have you come from?” Satan answered Jehovah: “From roving about on the earth and from walking about in it.”

Revelation 12:9
9  So down the great dragona was hurled, the original serpent,b the one called Devilc and Satan,d who is misleading the entire inhabited earth;e he was hurled down to the earth,f and his angels were hurled down with him.

Benefits putting these 2 scriptures up Satan certainly was in NO hell!Proving more the false doctrine of it.

“Father, Forgive Them”
16. How was Jesus’ willingness to forgive evident even when he was on the torture stake?

16 Jesus perfectly reflected his Father’s love in another important way—he was “ready to forgive.” (Psalm 86:5) This willingness was evident even when he was on the torture stake. Subjected to a shameful death, with nails piercing his hands and feet, what did Jesus speak about? Did he call out to Jehovah to punish his executioners? On the contrary, among Jesus’ last words were: “Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing.”—Luke 23:34.*

Bible principles truly are “wisdom from above.” (James 3:17) When we apply that wisdom to our tongue, our words become dignifying, endearing, and upbuilding—like “apples of gold in silver carvings,” just right for the occasion.—Proverbs 25:11.

"I tell you the truth, no servant is greater than his master, nor is a messenger greater than the one who sent him." (John 13:16)
Why is Jesus saying this after he washed his disciples' feet?

Jesus was trying to teach his disciples to become humble servants - just as Jesus saw himself as a humble servant of God and a servant of humanity.

Being someone else's servant requires humility.

Jesus prepared his true followers how the world would treat them.IOW if they treated me <jesus>like this up until death, you can expect the same <even from family and friends>

But then he goes on to tell us he has conquered the world and if u lose ur soul for his sake u will find it.

Acts 5:12–6:7

The apostle Peter spoke "we must obey God as ruler rather then man"when pressure was put on all the apostles preaching Gods kingdom thru his son Jesus.

To save bandwidth the scripture in Acts at top of page can enlighten you those that have a bible and know how to look it up.

 CHAPTER 5

“We Must Obey God as Ruler”
The apostles take a stand that sets a precedent for all true Christians

Yep, great verse.

It's the Apostles standing up against man made authority (I.E The Watchtower) and affirming Jesus Divinity.

Praise Christ!

I guess if there are birthdays in heaven they must serve angel food cake.

Now to be serious. Its  understandable to miss a loved one.But death is not life.It is being asleep and only awakened by a resurrection from God.Jesus speaks of the hope.

John 5:28  Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice+ 29 and come out, those who did good things to a resurrection of life,

Again, the Watchtower is in perpetual error. Regarding death- the dead do not 'sleep'. That's a euphemism used several times. But more accurately, Paul expounds on this in the following passage:

Philippians 1:21-24
For to me, to live is Christ and to die is gain.  If I am to go on living in the body, this will mean fruitful labor for me. Yet what shall I choose? I do not know!  I am torn between the two: I desire to depart and be with Christ, which is better by far;  but it is more necessary for you that I remain in the body.

Why would Paul say he would rather depart and be with Christ, if he's merely saying he wants to sleep?

Another Scripture to read would be Luke 23:43 where Jesus forgives the thief on the cross beside Him:

Jesus answered him, “Truly I tell you, today you will be with me in paradise.”

Did Jesus actually mean "Fear not! You will sleep now!" No, He meant what He said.

So again, no matter what name you return as, the Watchtower is still in error and I'll continue to point it out wherever I see it.
