Not getting credit for completed surveys >:(

I have completed two surveys today and have not gotten credit for either one of them.  The first one ended with a database error, and the other one ended with something like "session expired" - and I COMPLETED them ALL THE WAY THROUGH!  I put in a support ticket.  Has this ever happened to anyone else, or is it just "a LoneEvictedMeerkat thing"?  I mean, it's really disheartening to put in all that time and effort and it be all for naught.  >:( >:( >:( >:( >:(

That has happened to me as well and I put in support tickets. I got responses that didn't really amount to anything but one of them was having trouble with their site. To this day, I still haven't received credit :sad1:
