What is the one thing that people usually ask from you?

I get asked to cover co-worker's shifts quite frequently.  I work in a 24 /7 group home.  Someone has to be there on duty all the time.  Life happens to all of us so we try to help each other out whenever we can.  We are a TEAM.

Actually - I hadn't thought about that - I don't get a lot of people asking me for anything.  Maybe because I am more of a loner

My son used to ask for monetary help all the time. He has a good job now and now that I could use the help, I never hear from him.  He used to say he's too busy working and brags how much he's making with the overtime. I'm happy for him because he's had a lot of bad luck but....

Main thing, 'who does your hair, I love it'.  Then I have to explain no one does, my hair is naturally thick and wavy.

Free work. Total strangers want to try to make their finances my problem and they're pushy about it too. I do web design for a living and people contact me all the time like "I really need to get this project going but I'm totally broke and can't even afford rent so we will just have to work out some kind of pro bono thing." Uh, no we will not. Sorry you're broke but I'd be broke too if I accepted a fraction of these absurd requests.
