of contacting any one in Fast Food upper management who cares! I have been to Taco Bell five times in the last year and received four incorrect orders. I try to treat myself to junk food once every six weeks and am particular about what I want. I will clearly ask for it, ask the employee to repeat what I requested, confirm my request by looking at the receipt before heading home to discover they did not make  what they were supposed to. I will take the online survey with a request for management to get in touch with me but have yet to receive a response. I worked at a Taco Bell when I was sixteen and we would have been fired if this had happened more than once. I YouTube video showing these inadequacies. The funny thing is that these are the same people that are pushing for a higher minimum wage.

That's poor.  No, that's below poor.  Personally I can't stand Taco Bell and after reading this, I can't stand them even more.

My occasional choice for junk is anywhere but...

I'm sorry you had so many orders mixed up.  That is so uncalled for.  Maybe management will be so kind as to send you a few coupons for Wendy's.  LOL   :silly:

That's terrible. However the town here must have employees who do their job correctly. Myself and some other family members eat taco bell at least 3 to 4 times a month. No one complains. I do hope you get some satisfaction.

That is weird. Most of the receipts have 1800 numbers or there is usually a sign in the restaurant somewhere. I would try to look for the number online.

Is it really that serious?  Did it make you sick?  Is this the same Taco Bell or a different one?  Did you check the food at the counter?  Did they correct it?  I used to have the same problem with Pot Belly.  They left stuff off a few times.  I don't usually go there anymore.  I work out of the airport and sometimes I have limited choices of what to eat if I don't bring my own food.  If they correct the order then and there why the need to go further.

I haven't eaten at a Taco Bell in over 15 years.  The last time I purchased food there, I had a foreign object in my cinnamon twists.  When I reported it to them, the response I got was, "What do you want us to do about it?".   I told them they need to throw out all that were pre-made.  If a child had eaten what I found in my food, they could have choked or had the object lodged in their throats.  They refused.  I reported them to corporate and never heard back from them.  I had wished I had contacted the local health department...  Hindsight...

Not so much of a problem if you are sitting down to eat inside but reading the OP it sounds like she was at the drive thru.

On a positive note, I had an issue with Steak and Shake, called the # the store had posted (corporate) and they took a full report, emailed me to confirm that my concern had been addressed and later emailed to confirm the steps they had taken.  I was  impressed.  Won't ever go back to that Steak and Shake, but they did handle the situation!

I have only ate once at a Taco Bell and  swore I would never go back,  maybe it was on off day , but the food was cold and did not have a good taste. and since we were traveling we at it there. I complained to the manager and got this blank stare.  Did not even offer to heat it up. I think it had been on the shelve too long . Nope won't go back.
