In addition to yoga and meditation, try binural beats and self-hypnosis audios. The key is to do it consistently.  :thumbsup:

I try to eat right and do plenty of exercise. That helps tremendously. Taking your mind off yourself is a good bet. Try to concentrate on all the things you should be grateful for and make sure you get some good sleep at night.

None of the above cost any money and are worth a try. I think everyone suffers somewhat from anxiety and depression. If you concentrate on how you're feeling, it will only make it worse. Refocus your mind on better things.

I have a feeling that things we watch on television and/or movie fare that are so negative does not produce a sense of well-being, only more stress. And I know medication seems like an easy fix, but it has its own sets of problems that are not always worth the risk.
