I couldn't even sign up. It asked me a few questions like the start of a survey, & then said I didn't qualify.

It came up when I clicked on the Free/CC offers, it didn't show up on the main page for me. You should check in that free section

Sorry about that, yes you have to qualify for their basic requirements. I did have to fill the first short questionnaire and only then I was able to register.
