I've added Apple Cider Vinegar to my diet. It's supposed to aid in weight loss, but I haven't noticed any yet. I'm mostly taking it for it's other applications though. (Preventing High Blood Pressure, Diabetes, etc)

How do you take it? I tried drinking it once, diluted in water. I almost threw up.  :-X

It's okay if you know how your body works. For some people it's spiritual.

I put 1 or 2 teaspoons in an average size glass of water. If you don't have enough water, the taste is a bit strong, so I recommend adjusting accordingly. (Less ACV/more water)

It's definitely an acquired taste, but I drink Kombucha once in a while and the flavor is comparable, so I don't mind.

They also have ACV drinks in small-snapple sized- bottles, usually adding Ginger or cinnamon to mask the flavor. They are much more tasty, but they average about $2.50 a bottle, so drinking those every day would get pricey.

Google JediJohnnie and May the Force be with you!

I could be wrong but I don't think that is what they mean by intermittent fasting.  If that is what they mean then I am completely against that approach.  Skipping breakfast disrupts your metabolism and makes it harder to lose what.  Juice fasting is great for our health and will do amazing things for weight.  Bottom line is that people diet trying to lose weight.  If you change your diet to be healthy, you can't help but lose weight.

Well I've been doing it for almost 2 weeks now. I don't weigh myself or measure, but I can tell my jeans are a little bit looser. Not much but still noticeable. I also feel better in general. When I ate breakfast, I always felt nauseated afterwards. My digestive system doesn't seem to like food in the morning, especially eggs.

I have been Intermittent fasting since I can remember.
I stop eating after dinner and don't start again until breakfast the next day.

Hmmm, I wonder if that's why they call it break-fast?

I totally believe in fasting. It's even in the bible. But I've never really done it. Hope to have the willpower to do it someday.

It's harder if you have to feed someone else too, I think.

I have not done that dieting, but a lot of times I have a big smoothing with fruits, veggies, yogurt, etc. and I am not hungry the rest of the day.
