Hello,

I haven't been on this long,

so I thought it would be best to ask this question now. I can't verify my phone number since it seems that you guys don't accept MetroPCS numbers. There is an option to Fax over information, but I am currently unable to do that at the moment. Is it possible to send this information via e-mail?

I know that other members have had problems verifying their phone number as well as other information. I suggest that you open up a support ticket for this problem.

I would send a support ticket and ask if you can e mail it. Also, you could just wait until you have access to a fax machine as I do not think you have to verify a phone number until you cash out.

I tried sending a ticket asking and haven't gotten a response, so I think I'

I am also having trouble trying to verify my email.I have submitted 2 tickets for help and so  far no answer or reply. It has been 2 weeks nowand still waiting.
