PTC Problems
« on: July 18, 2018, 03:49:42 am »
For some reason, I had to do PTC this morning. Here is a message that I got the first time when I clicked on coupon as well as the final page

Please spend at least 150 seconds browsing the pages before you redeem your reward.

The above message was in bright red letters.

I had to do PTC again and had no problem.

I had that happen once a week or so ago, got an error and had to re-do the PTC and was able to do with no issue.  I've also noticed when I click on the coupons page, it has been blank for a couple of weeks, but I still get credit for it.  Weird stuff.

Haven't had any Point to click problems, but still don't seem to understand why when you do the coupons, you can't go back and do them again, it says you can do a certain amount for the day, but it says you've done enough.

The coupon page has been blank for me also for the last few weeks.  I still get credit though.

I haven't had that specific issue but I have noticed some strange things with ptc.

When I click on a sponsor page - iPhone for example - it takes me to a page completely different than iPhone.  My coupon page, like was mentioned by other members, is also blank.

I have always received credit for the ptc but it has been an eyebrow raising journey.   ???

Had that same problem before. I still get credit for doing the PTC section though.

That does happen sometimes. Or if you wait to long to click an ad.

On most of the sponsors my anti-virus blocks it, but it still credits so I don't freak out about it

It does happen when you wait too long to click the sponsor ad

I do not think I have ever seen that before. It could be a glitch

I have had it happen a few times in the past, though I can't recall it happening in the last year or so. It was weird because I did it like normal and didn't let it time out, but I still got the error.

I haven't had that happen to me, bostonphil, but at least it worked correctly on your second try. I'm glad to know that others have been having blank coupon pages because it keeps happening to me, and I was wondering if I were the only one!  I do actually use those coupons from time to time, so hate for them to disappear completely!

I haven't had that issue either, but at least it does work and credit, as well as the coupons... just hope it keeps working and doesn't get worse
