please help

OK Iam confused because when I try to complete my personal profile all that shows is a blank page what am I to do to take advantage of membership if I can not be matched with surveys because of this dilemma?

It sounds like that profile is from one of the survey routers, so I would not worry about it. There are several more you can work with that don't require a profile. Try Tap Research where they pay you even if you get disqualified.
