I have a few. I have a Kohls card (which I haven't used in years) Amazon and Target card.

I only have a few and only the ones that count like Target where you save 5% each time you use it.

I have one credit card from JC Pennys but when I buy anything I put it on card and then pay off card before I leave storee.
