I posted this a week ago in the general offers board. I have had no surveys available since the afternoon of August 3. None. I did receive one via email today that I was able to complete, but nothing in my list of offers. Anyone else?

I sent in a support ticket last Tuesday/Wednesday and have not received a response yet. If I can't get this resolved, this might end up being one of the first times I won't have earned enough to cash out for the month!

I think I remember your previous post. I have not had an issue with not getting surveys on the surveys page. Maybe look over your Profile surveys and make sure there is not anything that would prevent you from receiving surveys. Also, look at your profile & settings and look at the section on hidden and bookmarked offers. Perhaps you accidentally x'd out surveys.  I hope someone gets back to you regarding the support ticket you submitted.

I remember your previous post and I believe that I responded. Have you tried another browser because I have found that I am not able to access some offers using Chrome but I can when I switch to Firefox.

When you say "no surveys", are there really none at all on your page? Is it a blank page? Are there any on the left hand side?

I mean really none. I have been on this site for 10 years, so I'm not a newbie. On the left side there is a list of other surveys, but I get the same message that there are none at this time.

Still no response to my support ticket.

I have done all these things. I have no surveys hidden.

I have tried all the "normal" tricks. Cleaning out cookies, trying different browsers, using my laptop vs. my desktop vs. my phone. Nada. I still occasionally get email survey invites and I was able to complete one of those, however there are NO offers in my survey page. 11 days now.

However, you have been sent email invites and was able to complete one.

My account was restricted for two full weeks for one reason or another. I was never given an  explanation but since the restriction, I no longer get email invites to surveys. I have plenty of surveys on my page but am always not qualified and get a penny. The only surveys that I am able to do for Fusion Cash are TAP Research.

I usually cash out every two months but because of the restriction, I was not able to last month. I will be able to cash out this month but I am wondering if I will have a problem after having my account restricted the end of June to early July.

I will be interested in what support says and / or if you begin to get surveys again.

By the way, I also have been on Fusion Cash 10 years and was very faithful to the site. I was shocked when my account got restricted. It might be that when you are on FC as long as we have been, we have taken a lot of surveys and maybe made a mistake and or contradicted ourselves. I was never given as explanation why but my saga began after taking an email invite survey which led to a one hour phone interview which led to my getting credited for $100 which led to a two week restriction. When the restriction was lifted, the $100 was not in my account and I have never received another email invite from FC.

My account was restricted once last summer. I was traveling and was doing activities when I could from my cell phone, but I accidentally connected through a WiFi connection one day and that flagged my account. Since I was reinstated a year or so ago I have not had any problems. I just wish support tickets weren't so slow to get a response, it's frustrating. (I have never participated in a phone interview, nor have I received any large credits).

Either way, will be interesting to see what the response is, if I get one.

I went to my account page and checked my email notifications. The notification to receive email invites to surveys had been turned off and I turned it back on. Maybe, now, I will begin to get email invites to surveys again. I never turned it off so I do not know how this happened.

When my account was restricted, I opened a support ticket asking why this happened. I never heard back. I only realized the restriction had been lifted when I received a daily email. I checked the support ticket that I had submitted and there was a response like "Your account is active again" and nothing more.  FC had closed my support ticket.

I am going to suggest that you go to your profile and update it even if everything is the same. Some years back, I stopped getting surveys.  It turned out I had to update one of my profiles. I did so and that took care of the problem.

How long was your account restricted? Did Fusion Cash send you an email telling you that your account was restricted because of such and such or did you discover it when you went to log in like I did. How did you realize what you did that caused your account to be restricted?

Keep us updated about what FC says in regard to surveys and or if they become active on your page again.

Ok, so I posted that I was not receiving invite emails. I went to my account and saw in preferences that email invites was turned off. I turned it on but it keeps defaulting back to off. I can not keep it on.

I went to my profile and went through all the profile questions again. I was surprised that so much had changed.

I just received an email invite to a survey although I did not qualify. However, I was able to qualify for and get credit for a short survey on my survey page. This was the first time since before my account got restricted (except for TAP Research).

I still think that it might be worth be worth your time to go through your survey profiles again and see if that will help. FC has added additional questions and, like me, you might find that a lot has changed in your life since you last went through profiles.

Still nothing. I submitted my ticket on the 8th, still no response. FC has always been my favorite (and highest paying site), but I'm really struggling to earn anything with the lack of surveys. I at least used to get the 1c DQ, but since I have nothing available I can't even get that :(

But have gone 5 days with none on Survey Junkie....they say nothings wrong with my account but I think there is...one more day without surveys on there and its bye bye... :bad:
