Have you ever used a 3D printer? Do you own one? If yes, do you sell your creations?

I think they are way too expensive for what  a normal person might do with  it.  I know there are those  out there that just have to have one because it is what it is.  Called keeping up with the Jonas and then once they  get it, it just sits covered up and never in use. But they have one.

I don't own one nor have I never used one. I had this perception that they would be more then I could never afford but I did a online search and to my surprise there are some that are very reasonable priced.

I have never owned one and probably never will.  Really do not have a need for it and too expensive

I've never seen one but this is something I am curious about.  I have trouble wrapping my head around the concept but would like to see what it's all about.

I don't have a need for one.  When I do have a need for things that cost a bit I save until I can make the purchase.  One of the things I'm saving for now is an edible ink printer.  They aren't costly as a whole but the ink, cleaning cartridges and papers start to add up.  So before I get it I want to make sure the investment is at the right time for my small business.

I have seen them used and for good purposes like building prosthetic devices but I wouldn't want one. What good would it do me? Build garbage cans?  :D  Plastic plates? I got it!!!! Plastic straws!!!! LOL

Not interested in one either. They cost too much and then you have to buy the plastic material. How much would they cost? From what I understand, it takes forever to print something. I'm too impatient.

I own a 3D printer and I really like it, but I do not sell my creations. That is a good idea though. :)

I think that 3D printers will be huge in the near future.  There are some amazing uses that they can be used for.  For now it is definitely out of my price range but maybe sometime in the future I will be able to get one.
