I know what you mean.  The survey company thinks they are doing you a favor by giving you the project number that has been revoked.  To make it even more of a mystery, the survey was completed at least a month or more ago.   

Who in the world can makes heads or tails out of that mess?  Oh it gets even worse; it is never totally explained to you what really went wrong.   

This has been my experience when I had a survey revoked a few months ago.  Thankfully I do so many of them that one denial is not too big of a deal.  It does, however, sting a little bit.
