I always do an Instant carnation for breakfast.  It has all the nutrient and vitamins a person needs to start the day.  Honestly my stomach won't let me eat too early or too late. I'll just throw up.

I usually don't eat breakfast, but when I do I like to have a smoothie or some cereal.

Oatmeal with nuts and raisins.  This will be my go to as the temps start to change.

Breakfast is usually a granola bar or some type of breakfast bar in the car with my coffee on the way to work.
