C'mon guys, I know your busy but its been over a month since I put in a support ticket for my W9 issue.
Haven't been able to cash out the last two pay periods because of it.
Even mailed in a W9 because I couldn't find a fax number...THAT was almost 3 weeks ago!

I have been following your story.

I suggest joining and working on other sites until the situation gets corrected, if it does. I do not like the sound of this.

I think that I did tell you that you might try opening a complaint with the BBB and see if they can help get you what you need.

I had this problem the first year at FC. After that I decided to keep my earnings under $600 for the year on  any site. This way here no w-9 and tax free

I posted in another thread a portion of a conversation I found in the FC forum posted by alarisracing {on Sept. 30, 2017} who struggled for over 3 months with being ignored in her attempts to get confirmation for sending her W9 documentation in to FC last year.  I don't recall exactly when she heard back from Administration, but she is still actively earning and posting on FC today.  I could tell from her posts she was at her wit's end about this same time last year.

Hope you get some attention to this tax matter soon.

I had a different type of support ticket submitted and I just kept submitting each day and they solved it within a week.  Have you submitted the ticket more than once.  If not try it.

I always thought that Administration regularly reviewed the entire Community Forum (not just the "Suggestions" Board")??

Still no answer...owe me $114 now...initial ticket says escalated to tier one, may take some time to get back to you....has sais that for like two weeks now................

Swagbucks a couple years ago sent me an email telling me I needed to fill out a W9...even sent me a file of one to print out and a fax number.

Printed/filled it out and went to library to fax...they had it taken care of in TWO DAYS...FC?

Go into your support ticket and submit a request again.  I have one out there because I cannot access the surveys on my laptop and submit it every two days or so.  I also use these post as part of my forum post hoping that it catches their attention.

Yeah...I've been putting a couple in a week since then...no replies....owe me $115 now....haven't really been on here much...going to other sites....if I can't get paid, why bother?

A tax form you have to submit if you get $1000 or more in a calendar year of tax free money.  I think I explained it fairly well

So sorry you are having problems with this. I had to do one of these for a game site where I won $3000 quite a few years back, but it was taken care of quite quickly. I hope they get to you soon. I doubt I'll ever have to do one here, I'm a slow earner
