For me, breathing and moving don't coexist well.  So I choose breathing over moving.

Avocados are great for lowering cholesterol. I love them and always add to my salad. Went for a follow up check up and my cholesterol is great!

If you want to keep Cholesterol down ad more garlic in your meals or if you don't care for that get some garlic tablets you can get at any store that sells vitamins. No smell no garlic breath but does the same thing. If you want to lose weight at a longer age my grandfather eat 6-8 small meals a day. Do little hobby's during winter time that you can do just in your house just something to keep active

I have been stepping up my workout game for the pass three or four weeks and I feel great. I have been working out 4 to 5 times a week for 35 to 45 minutes at day.

I try to stay fit too. I enjoy exercising. I love taking my dog on walks/jogs. Thats a good way to get in some cardio.

Slacked off the past 2 months but still hanging in there - exercising.  Also, mow the yard and count that as exercise too.

Finally getting back into my routine.

The garden is put to bed, so need more activity every day now.

Started with stretches before I got out of bed, and plan to take a walk after the temp goes up a bit. We are at 34 before 8 a.m. here.

I run 4 or so times a week and try to go to the gym at least twice a week to do strength training. It's a great habit to get into. I have been doing this for about 15 years now, can't imagine NOT exercising.

I have been trying to lose 5 pounds and have been exercising more than ever, but haven't really seen my body change. I need to focus more on eating and cutting out some of the carbs, but it is hard.

I have been leaving a note on my computer every nite to remember to walk and exercise the next day.

I am kind of out of my routine, and it is so important for health reasons.  So a reminder prepares my mind for it the next day, as, other than walks, I do not enjoy exercising......

Maybe if I had a treadmill or exercise "bike", but cannot afford.

But I am getting better again at time each day for walking and exercise.
