I like both.  I like crunchy better at Taco bell but I buy soft burrito shells for tacos at home.

It I go to Taco Bell, I get their hard shelled tacos, but if I go to a mexican restaurant, I will have their soft shells. If I make tacos at home, I will buy hard shells and crunch them up and put them in the bowl with the meat and everything else.
