Am I banned?

For about 4 days now, everytime I click on computer guy, I get this error. Im wondering if Im banned from it

Catchow, I get the same message for that particular Explore the Web Now! video.  It's been that way for the last several days.  However, it seems to run its course because eventually it does load again and the timer starts the countdown as it normally does.

Or, I should say, it has in the past.  Actually, I am beginning to believe it is a form of 'rationing' out the penny credit from this video because it may soon reach the viewing quota.:dontknow:

Yesterday, I clicked on the Explore the Web Now! video and didn't get an error message, but the pop up window just stayed blank.  I'll try again today and see what happens.  Are you able to complete other offers?  If so, you have not been banned.  Try a HyprMx video and see if that works.

Follow up --- I was able to complete the Explore the Web Now! video 2x today (I didn't try anymore).  So, seems to be working on my end.  Sometimes offers will work in one browser and not another.  Try switching and see if that helps.

The only thing I have been banned from is taking surveys. FC says they don't know why, but they assume it is from "speeding" through surveys. So annoying, I read fast, and trying to take forever to get through something is frustrating anyway. I don't know that you can actually be "banned" from videos.

Ha! I don't get the coupons anymore. I thought my ad blocker was stopping them but it's not. Haven't had coupons for over a month now but that's okay...my printer died and it's been almost a month for that, too.

I got 1 HyprMx today. At this rate, i'll be going for 5 months without cashing out if I can't get SOMETHING in offers.

HAve you tried emptying your history (if you use google Chrome), cookies and cache?

I have gotten this offer the last few days and was able to complete it twice all times.

However, in the past, I also got the error or no offers message when attempting. Sometimes, I was able to access and complete when I changed browsers. There was also no consistency. Sometimes I was on chrome and could not access but was able to when I switched to safari. Other times, I had to try it on firefox and still other times, I had to go back to chrome.

Try a different browser and if that does not work, try a third browser.

I have run into a few issues with the Explore the Web offer in my time on FusionCash, but never that particular one. I would send in a support ticket or just give up on the offer.

for a few days I was getting that message, but now it is working, tho some times the videos won't appear and the timer won't countdown... just reload the page and it will work
