You mean like they do in Cuba? Arresting people who haven't committed a crime because they MIGHT commit one... but with unborn children and abortion?  ???

Hello! :D :)
They do that in Cuba, how awful and judgmental is that? I totally feel for the people who have to deal with that, may that change one day.  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:

That depends on you I guess. If you raise your baby right then he should be ok but if you don't then anything could be possible. Maybe you should look at your environment if this really concerns you. ???

"Heads up sensitive topic"

Hi everyone! :D :)

If there was a test to determine the likelihood of a baby becoming a murderer while still in the womb would you support aborting the Fetus or would you let the environment attempt to change him or her for the better? For me, the answer is no because I think it is not within any of our power to choose who lives and who dies. With all the taking of innocent lives lately, what do you think? :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:
The bible says thou shall not kill.I guess it depends if you support God or not.

Judas found favor with God and turned traitor. There was no fore knowledge at the time in all fairness to God giving us freedom of choice.

I bring them up to for this reason that man cannot know if a baby in the womb was going to be born evil.Look at Cain and Abel. The first 2 humans.1 found favor with God the other was warned by God RE sin and Cain gave in and killed his brother.

We are tried and drawn by our own desire. You can dismiss robbing the bank as an example. If the desire becomes fertile you act upon it and sin.

I believe that at 1 time there was a FC member that said she was raped twice and her 2 sons were a blessing.I guess that test wouldnt determine likely that the boys father being an evil rapist could pass this on to his children by the looks of it so far.

That test belongs on Twilight Zone.

Sadly a drug addict or an alcoholic can pass the addiction on and in the worst case Adam passed sin and death to the human race. But there are remedies even for those examples.

Cain and Able were not the first two humans. Adam and Eve were the first two humans.

Good catch, countrygirl12.

We are all born with a sin nature.

We don't need to be taught to be bad. We need to learn how to be good.  :angel11:

True.  I do think the people who raise kids have a huge influence on how they turn out as an adult. But even kids who are raised by bad people can still be a good person.

Prov 17:28 28 Even a fool, when he holdeth his peace, is counted wise: and he that shutteth his lips is esteemed a man of understanding.

Catch that!

I make the honest mistake not putting "in the womb"after first 2 humans born and these scholars jump on you like a cat.Its obvious why they did.Thats what makes em look even more foolish. They were not concerned how i addressed the topic but more so looking for errors.

They treat this as competition on bible truths.....could care less what bible truth is.They are just going to die and go to heaven and be with the animals!!!LOL!!

Thats what they think...there are animals in heaven. And they nit-pick my typo.Thats why i put Prov 17:28.Fools are considered wise when they know NOT to speak.Says much about them eh?

Im dying to hear their explanation what does Grandma got run over by a reindeer.....Little drummer boy....mistletoe...Santa....etc etc.....have to do with the birth of Jesus?12/25 isnt even listed in the bible. But yet we know exact date of Passover every year cos God commanded it.

Is it EZ to those following this why this world is in trouble?Scholars???HAHA!Sad!

OH...1 last thing.Does the bible say poopy bags are allowed in heaven?

I believe that the Bible is the inspired word of God and a tremendous testament of both the ancient Jews and the early Christians and the common denominator between the two - Jesus. But I do not believe that it is the sole and only complete authority of everything.  What I mean is that it does not contain every possible rule, experience, scenario that we might encounter in our earthly lives nor does it give us a complete understanding of what we will experience in Heaven or Hell.  Does it give us imagery and representations that we can relate to based upon our human earthly experience? Yes Absolutely! But it does not give us an absolute and complete blueprint of Heaven or Hell because we cannot fathom the afterlife experience with our limited human minds. So the Bible puts it into images that we can understand and relate to in our own human experiences.

It is with that understanding (and others may disagree) that I believe it is impossible for the Bible to contain every last tiniest detail of what is or isn't awaiting us. Just because the Bible doesn't address the presence of poopy bags in Heaven - I don't believe that is definitive evidence that there are no animals in Heaven.  (This doesn't even consider the idea that whoever and whatever is in Heaven - they aren't there in the same physical earthly bodies. The Bible also doesn't discuss toilets and sanitary sewers, but that isn't definitive proof that people aren't in Heaven).

I'm not saying that there are or are not animals in Heaven - I'm just saying that I don't think the Bible tells us for sure - nor is it meant to tell us for sure. It is intended to teach us how to be good to each other and how to get ourselves and our loved ones into Heaven.

So coming full circle back to the original question - we can never know what is in a person's heart = whether an unborn child or a convicted death row inmate. God is the only true judge and He is the only one with the clean hands to decide whether someone is good or evil and when is the proper time for that individual to be called forward to be judged.

Abortion is wrong. Murder is wrong. Euthanasia is wrong. Capital punishment is wrong. Any act of killing another (absent a justifiable defense - such as self defense or to prevent serious bodily harm to another) is wrong.
