Can you really be born evil?

"Heads up sensitive topic"

Hi everyone! :D :)

If there was a test to determine the likelihood of a baby becoming a murderer while still in the womb would you support aborting the Fetus or would you let the environment attempt to change him or her for the better? For me, the answer is no because I think it is not within any of our power to choose who lives and who dies. With all the taking of innocent lives lately, what do you think? :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:

I think "evil" is a learned behavior. I mean, none of us are perfect, but to be truly evil- a murderer and so forth- must be something you become.

The bible says thou shall not kill.I guess it depends if you support God or not.

Judas found favor with God and turned traitor. There was no fore knowledge at the time in all fairness to God giving us freedom of choice.

I bring them up to for this reason that man cannot know if a baby in the womb was going to be born evil.Look at Cain and Abel. The first 2 humans.1 found favor with God the other was warned by God RE sin and Cain gave in and killed his brother.

We are tried and drawn by our own desire. You can dismiss robbing the bank as an example. If the desire becomes fertile you act upon it and sin.

I believe that at 1 time there was a FC member that said she was raped twice and her 2 sons were a blessing.I guess that test wouldnt determine likely that the boys father being an evil rapist could pass this on to his children by the looks of it so far.

That test belongs on Twilight Zone.

Sadly a drug addict or an alcoholic can pass the addiction on and in the worst case Adam passed sin and death to the human race. But there are remedies even for those examples.

No, I do not think so.

Abortion is murder. And there could never be a test that would determine something like that.  No babies are not born evil.  Babies are born in to a sin filled world.  And how the baby/child is raised will have a great deal of influence on how the person turns out in adult hood.

Having said that there are kids who were raised in Christian homes and raised right that turned out to be the most horrible person in the world.  And there are also kids who are raised by evil parents who get saved and away from that and are good people.

No I don't think you're born evil I think it's a learned behavior that is passed down from one evil person to anotherthat may not be family that might be someone you're hanging around with that kind of rubs off on you and makes you that way just my thought

Doesn't really have to be passed down. Or at least not from parents. Kids go to school. They see stuff on TV.  Like you said the whole world around them.

I strongly do no believe anyone is born a murderer. This is something which a person learns later in life. Thankfully majority of people are good and we do not have the majority of people become murderers. What a world that would be!

Of course i meant C&A being first 2 born from A&E.Please forgive my overlook the way i phrased it and i will overlook why you had to mention it to me when of course you know that i know who the first 2 humans were.

The topic spoke of baby in the womb.A&E didnt fit that but C&A did as a reminder to you.

I don't think anyone is born evil. I feel the way a person is raised determines that.

The majority of people in this world are not good. This world is a mean evil place. No not everyone is a murderer but most people in the world today are not good people.

LOL.  Love the attitude.  YOU SAID Cain and Abel were the first two humans.  That is exactly what you said.  I simply pointed out that the statement YOU made is not correct.  And I do not need to with your warped beliefs to remind me of anything.
