Surveys not loading on Windows but okay on Chrome

Anyone having issues with survey page being blank (says error page may be under maintenance) on Windows but survey page loads on my Android tablet?

I have a mac and I have been having problems with other sites regarding surveys and videos.  I get server message problems. This has been going on a lot of the day and I have just finished rebooting my computer.

I also get the blank white page with other sites. It might be the weather or that the internet is very busy being just before Thanksgiving.

Chrome as well as Firefox have both been problems.

It is annoying.

Have had this problem since the beginning of October and been doing some on my IPAD and put in a support a ticket every 2 days.

I have not had any issues with the surveys page recently. However, I have had a similar experience with a blank survey page in the past. I just came back to the page later and it was fixed. Thankfully, I have had no more issues.

I use Chrome on my laptop and don't have any problems. I mostly do Tap surveys but occasionally try for the others. They all seem to do OK for me. I have had some problems on other sites, but none here that I can remember lately.

Actually, I just started having this problem about 3 days ago.  Suddenly the survey page on Fusion is not loading using several different servers.  No problems on other sites!

On another site I had a survey (guaranteed to qualify and get paid) that stopped working. It would not let me continue after making a selection on a particular page. Support said to try a new browser. I switched from Chrome to Safari and it did the same thing. Support then said - try a PC instead of a Mac.  What happens if I don't have a working PC?

Yes.  I am now experiencing this same problem today.  The survey page is blank, but you can still access some opportunities through EARN CASH.  Not much in Videos, unfortunately.  But thank goodness for Tap surveys!  Tap!!

Tried to get the FC Surveys this morning and page wouldn't load, error message came on. So don't know how I'm gonna get the 15 cent.

The only reason I have chrome is so I can work on FC and the other 2 sites I belong to. Windows doesn't work on any of them.

I'm not sure it's the same problem as others; when I click the FC Surveys Tab, I get this message (using PC):

"This page isn’t working www.fusioncash.net is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500"

It works fine on Android phone.

Has anyone experienced this - and /or figured out how to resolve it?

Is there someplace where we can get Technical Assistance?

The FC surveys are not working for two days. Even on Chrome! This is what happens when you hit FC surveys:This page isn’t working www.fusioncash.net is currently unable to handle this request.
