Surveys not loading on Windows but okay on Chrome

Not working for me either on any browser getting the message below and has been this way for 2 months.


HTTP 500 error
That’s odd... the website can’t display this page
The site may be under maintenance or could have a programming error.

Getting on the survey page seems very variable over the last few weeks.  First, I lost access for about 5-6 days, then I gained access for 2-3 days, then I lost access for about a day, and now I'm back to having access.  I did clean cache, deleting cookies and temp files, switched to another server, and restarted my computer.  However, that worked this last time but not the first time!  Go figure!!  Fusion needs attention and maintenance?

Whats weird is I can do the email invite surveys...either get DQ'd or actually get it....but once you try to go the regular page...blank error page.

Took me 3 tries to get PTC to tally up...FC is funky anymore....

They now owe me almost $161 and still no answer on W9 issue that I mailed to them over 2 months ago....makes me wonder about here now....thankful for the other sites I belong to....

Got an email that it was fixed and they closed the ticket but still not working.  Today I got 2 different messages and this is now the latest message that I just got.

Was working and just went out in the middle of a survey....white page error again....switch to android tablet later....

I experienced the blank white page on Monday afternoon.  Very glad that I had some time in early AM to work some surveys.  I think this problem has to be on FC's end, but at least we can access Tap and Live Sample surveys through "the back door."

Once again, the surveys page is not loading although I put in a support ticket and all supposedly fixed.  Not only is this page not loading, but my touchpad/cursor doesn't want to work well on Fusion. It hesitates frequently and often I have to pound on it repeatedly for it to work.  This has become a cluster and Fusion needs to hire someone, if necessary, to figure out what's wrong technically.  Because something is!

Whats weird is if you get an email invite for a survey it works and you get credited for it or a DQ credit....but hit the back to surveys, blank...
