I managed to get my 5¢ PTC today from Tap Research, so no problems here. Hope you get it worked out. Did you submit a ticket?

This morning I didn't see Tap research on the survey page. I tried it for the first time yesterday and I was able to get my 5 cents. I hope they return soon.

I go to Tap Research everyday and today I noticed it is unavailable. Hopefully it comes back up soon. Its part of my routine

That's why it is safer to have a backup routine on hand. I didn't find Tap Research, but I did a few tasks for 16 cents and I am ready for tomorrow's PTC. If I didn't have my Figure-Eight  account already set up I would have been left scratching.

It was unavailable for a time yesterday then I could get on but it was malfunctioning. This morning it is unavailable again along with FC surveys. First time I have seen this happen!!

I saw another thread that said to use the back door and it worked for me today:

Click on Earn Cash and scroll down where you should find it near the bottom.

My "FC Surveys" page has been totally blank all day, but I read a post that said you could still access Tap Research through the "Earn Cash" tab, so I tried this approach and successfully found Tap Research Surveys!

I still LOVE Tap Research and it is still the very place I go to everyday when I sign on I can get easy surveys and quickly get my 5 cents that  need and I love that even if you get dq'd, you get credited sometimes up to 14 cents. gonna continue with that! I usually do them all then switch over to FC surveys where I may or may not get a survey. Usually hit or miss

I always access Tap Research from Earn Cash, Repeatable Daily, and I get earnings that way, I love TR, is easy and good

Yesterday there was a survey on Tap Research for $3.70 ( was DQ'd) but the DQ paid 0.37.  Today there was one and the DQ paid 0.17.  At this rate I'll have no trouble making my PTC every morning. LOL
