Terrible Problem

I am having trouble with all my sites this morning, including Fusion Cash. I think that it is my internet. Maybe it has to do with the weather or maybe it has to do with Cyber now week.  I had trouble yesterday also.

I had to go through PTC twice to get credit and I had trouble with the second time but I have gotten credit, finally. I am having a lot of glitches.

FC surveys are back up for me on windows and chrome.

But My Points survey site won't load on windows but will on chrome....also Tap Research will only work on chrome on all the sites I belong to.  ::)

Still having trouble with my sites some of the time. It is better than yesterday but lots of glitches still on both surveys and videos.  it is costing me time as well as money.

I haven't had any issues. Could it be your internet.  Did you try clearing your cache and rebooting your computer

no problems here either... try clearing cache, cookies, etc to make sure that isn't the issue

I have had problems with my internet a little but nothing to affect my online earning sites. I have a firestick and sometimes the content on it freezes for a brief moment and then comes back. you might want to put a call in to your local internet company and see what the issue it.

Be having a problem with 2 months now still getting the same message when I try to access surveys on my laptops.  Clear my cookies, caches and did a complete browsing data and still not working.  Tried 2 laptops and desktop and still no good.  Submitted the ticket again and still no reply.  Talked to the IT person at work and he claims it is a problem with the website and FC needs to fix it.  Here is the message

You might try a different browser. You say that you are attempting surveys on your laptop. Are you only attempting them at home or are you taking your laptop to work?  I could be wrong but I think that you are only able to access Fusion Cash from your ISP at home. You will probably eventually hear back from FC but it does seem to be taking some time before support tickets are answered.

Couldn't do FC surveys for 2 days again...blank error page but working today...better do them surveys I'm not getting paid for.... ::)

I have tried 3 different browsers and 3 different laptops and 1 desktop.   I have only done it at home since I know the rules that you cannot use different ISP.  I even called my internet supplier and talked to the IT people at work and both said it is a problem with FC site.  They are only one that I having problems with and they closed the ticket again today and I submitted a new again today.  It appears that they are only looking a tickets at the beginning of the month because the last 2 months I got a reply and closed tickets.  Guess I will continue to do what I can on my IPAD which is legal here to use.  The problem is that not all surveys are IPad compatible.

could be a browser issue too;would try using a different one like opera or firefox. Flock is anotha one. could also do disk defrag or try wisedisk cleaner which clears browsing as well

Getting the same message.  Fusion is the only site I've been having any amount of trouble with for so long.  The surveys show up for a day or so and then disappear again. I also have had trouble with my touchpad, having to press hard 2-3 times.  I think that might be due to an update because I've had the problem before when I've had Windows updates.  However, you would think that Fusion would have any problem fixed by now.  It is puzzling that some people are having problems, others aren't, and the surveys have come and gone again for me.
