phone internet browser use?

Does anyone know If you can use you Iphone, or any phone with an internet browserfor that matter, to complete offers etc...or is that grounds for being banned/disqualified. I ask because I saw in the FAQ that you may only use you home computer and not a public internet connection..maybe this is a retarded question, maybe not..anyone have an anwser? THANKS

I think you can use your phone internet since that is considered a personal connection--unless your phone is for public use.  But it is better to be sure though, go ahead and ask one of the staff.
