Technical Difficulties

I keep getting an ERROR 500 message when I try to navigate to Tap Research and the surveys panel. My internet is working properly. I was able to come here to the threads.

Me too. I have not been able to get on since last night. I cleared my cache, still cannot get on.

I've had this problem off and on for the last year. And every time I contact support, nothing gets solved, so I have just stopped asking.

I have cleared cookies and cache too. Hopefully something will get resolved soon.

Tap Research hasn't worked for me on windows pc for two weeks...only android tablet... ???

I never had that problem but it means The 500 Internal Server Error is a very general HTTP status code that means something has gone wrong on the web site's server but the server could not be more specific on what the exact problem is.

I think that explains it very well.  Though I have not experienced any issues with Tap Research, I have seen that 500 Internal code before. 

I've never had it last for any length of time.  When I try again, I've always been able to get through.

Thanks so much for the information I myself have not had these problems but if it occurs I now know what it is thanks again I hope they get this straightened out for you all soon

I have not had any issues with Tap Research or any of the other survey programs recently. I suspect it is just a technical error. I would just try again later. That is what I usually do when I do get survey errors.

If you are still getting that error message, I would suggest logging out and restarting your device, anyhow that's what I would do. Maybe there are updates that need to go through? I don't shut down my laptop every night, but try to do it at least once every 2 weeks or so, and the other night when I did it, I had a major windows update. Good luck!!

Sometimes trying a different browswer  helps.  If you usually use Internet Explorer, try Chrome of Firefox and see if that helps.  I used to use IE all of the time, but I have found that I don't encounter as many problems with offers loading with Chrome.  Good luck!

First, I had trouble with the surveys for a good week so earned very little. Fusion made this up over lasy few days by providing some fairly simple surveys that paid decently.  Thanks, Fusion!  Now, for some reason, I'm not receiving the Daily Email.  I have tried refreshing all my account information and I'm still not receiving an email!  Third day without receiving it!  Guess I'll try refreshing it once again.

tapresearch isn't crediting right now and many are having the same issue so it must be a glitch... the 2 instances might be related... let's hope they get it all fixed

Something is wrong With Tap on this site. I'm not having the same problems on other sites where Tap is offered.

I was having problems with TAP loading on another site too for days, but it works fine on the other site and credits like it should. But it won't credit here, even though it has been working.
