What time do you go to bed?

The older we get, the earlier we go to bed. I go to sleep no later than 11pm.

Usually we try to get to bed by 10, some days it just doesn't work out though and we get to bed much later.

I am usually in the bed by 11:00 p.m.  Only on rare occasions am I at any later than 11.  Now that I am retired there are TV programs I like to watch they come on after 10 p.m.

Unfortunately I don't have a regular time as my work schedule varies.  3 days a week I work during the day or just the afternoon shift.  The other 2 days I work the night shift from 7pm to 3 am.  My sleep habits are therefore all over the place.

           I tend to go to bed around 10pm when I have to work the next morning, unless I'm tired then I'll go to bed early. When I don't have to work the next day, I go to bed any time I feel I need to.

I don't work, but if there is something that comes on TV around 10 I will stay up, or try and stay up to see it to the end. So I don't have a set time for sleeping at night, but I have stayed up til 4 in the morning after having a bad dream.

I usually go to bed about 1am, and read then go to sleep about 1:30

I go to bed by 10.  I get up by 6.

It depends on  if I work at the ministry which is non stop for  5 hours and I come home dragging, then I may go to bed at 8:30 and  read a short time to relax, also I will be up again around 5 o'clock  or 6 depends. But right now with us closed down I may not go to bed until 10 and then up at 7. Nice to get some extra sleep for a change and  my  poor body is getting some much needed rest. As we have been working with 8 people out . Leaves only 5 of us to carry the whole load.

I usually don't go to bed until between 3 and 4 when I don't have to get up and go anywhere, which is most of the time.  Saturday nights I try to get to bed by midnight to get up early for church.

Kind of late around  1am. Then don't fall asleep right away.  Get up at 9am. Lately been waking at 5am then going back to sleep thankfully.

Honestly it all depends on what I am doing at the time but I usually don't go to sleep any later than 10pm because I am up by 4am and any later than 10 just makes me so tired I can't function.

I go to bed at about 11. Although when I actually fall asleep is anybody's guess. I have insomnia sometimes so I can take til like 2 or 3 to fall asleep sometimes if I don't take a little melatonin.
