How often do you get your eyes checked, even if you don't wear glasses?

I should probably go again, since I am having a hard time picking out the storefronts and busses on the captchas.

I go every year for a check-up & get glasses every two years, as recommended because I use computers at work; & it is covered by my insurance.   I pay extra monthly to upgrade my eye insurance to get the yearly check-up, but I can just pay out-of-pocket at Costco's eye center cheaper than what I pay to upgrade my insurance -- eye insurance is a rip-off.  Next year, I'm going to stop the extra payments & just go to Costco. I haven't fully researched Costco, but the sign for a check-up for glasses & contacts states $89, $60 for just glasses, & it looks like a regular eye doctor office.

I do not have vision insurance but I try to go every year to have my eyes checked as I had surgery previously for a detached retina and it is important for them to check to make sure that the repair is still good.

I go every  year,  have some medical problems that need to be check all the time. But I hate the drive (97 miles one way) comng  back most of it is freeway driving. Hubby  and I try to get them on different  days or weeks so  one of us  is in better shape to drive and not having to fight the sun,  I go earl and take my  big cooler and shop before getting the eyes  checked.  so that part  works out ok.

I tend to get my eyes checked once a year. I had PRK surgery a few years ago so thankfully I no longer have to worry about glasses.

I go every year now that I have insurance.  Without insurance I only went when I needed new glasses.
Have a wonderful day!

Because of the cost I don't go as often as I should.  But I would like to go every year.
