My computer restarted on page 22 of a slideshow >:(

Just venting.... I was working toward my 5c so I could do the PTC... the only option left was one of those tedious slideshows. I got to page 22 of 25, had to leave the room for a few minutes. When I came back, my computer had restarted!!

I started over... and then IT HAPPENED AGAIN!! I am going to update windows 10 with a hammer. Didn't have it in me to start it a third time. Don't leave in the middle of a slideshow kids, lol. That's my sad tale

try tap research or regular videos. I have luck with those. I also have luck with surveys and I do pretty good on them. Good luck and next time , try not to leave the room until done. I know its a long time with the slides but it is worth it in the end

I hate them. I did about 5 of them in the last week and I did not get my credit. It really made me mad.

I have done two or three slide shows. It was because the information was interesting and informative as well as sometimes pretty.  I never got credit but I did get what I wanted out of the slide shows.

I hate spending time on something and not getting credit.

Some of those slideshows are pretty interesting.  Unless it's something that I am interested in I do not do them because they are just too long.  It's long enough without having your computer work against you.

I do them if I find them interesting... I can TapResearch, other videos and surveys to get my PTC and credits for cashing out so not too worried about them

I have not done too many silde shows recently, but sometimes there are errors. I have gotten frozen pages and slides not progressing correctly. Once I was almost done, and when I clicked next, the slide show started back at slide 1. Most days I try to qualify for the PTC through Tap Research or videos, if they are available.

Noooooo!!!! That is brutal.  You feel like you are home free when you get to #22!  You just never know about leaving and coming back.  On surveys, sometimes they are still available, and sometimes they are gone forever!  Today, my sad tale involves doing a survey for about 30 minutes, knew I had to be close to the end, and then was given a video to watch that went black about three fourths of the way through it, and I couldn't continue the survey.  I was able to retrieve the video through my "history," but it stopped again in the same place.  It happens!
