Who writes these surveys

My biggest pet peeve regarding surveys is occasionally when I answer the questions I can see they are starting to want you to provide certain answers.  However, you are suppose to be honest so I answer honestly.  After I have completed about two-thirds of the survey, it eliminates me because I didn't give them the answers they wanted.  The results of the survey are therefore skewed.  They are giving the product or service the responses they want to hear, not real customers' honest opinions.  It doesn't happen frequently, but happens enough that I just want to shake my head. I would like to tell the product or service they are just wasting their money.

LOL, it does explain why we get so poorly paid for taking them (illiterate 7-year-olds are paying us the 10 cents!!!!).

No, the person paying us is rich.  They don't want to share the wealth so they pay us a few cents.  The illiterate 7 year old who wrote the survey gets paid in M&Ms.  So they don't care if it is right or wrong.  Nobody double checks their work and they get the M&Ms.  We get a few pennies.  Everybody is happy. haha
