Snow in Arizona. Is that her first I don't know? One thing I do know it will probably melt faster than snow in New England!  :rainbow: :peace:

Some places in Arizona get snow on a regular basis - at the higher elevations. However I flew out of Tucson yesterday and they were expecting snow in the valley for the first time in a while.

I think at this point in every state history you will find snow has been there.  Some, like the DC Metro get it each year while other place get it like every 20 years.

I don't think it has snowed in Hawaii.  It has never snowed in Florida.  It stands to reason some places get it every year and some never do.  Some places are cold and some places it doesn't get cold.  You have to have cold to get snow. :)

I bet they have had snow in northern Florida more than once. I have been there when it was under 32 degrees.

I have family in Az.  and they were sending  pictures of it. In Prescott they got  almost 3'  flagstaff got 4'. Yes  certain  areas o f Az. do get a lot.  Sure wish we had  gotten some. But our mountains  did and that will help the snowpack and water run off for summer.

My daughter lives in Tucson, AZ.  She is in the army and her unit was mobilized recently, so she is away.  I have one of the her kids staying with me while she is gone for the next year.  My granddaughter's father sent her pictures of the snow.  They had quite a bit and built a small snowman.  I am in WI so my granddaughter is liking the snow and doesn't want it to go away yet.

Hawaii and Florida both have famous ski mountains and get snow yearly.  We had snow in Malibu, CA last week, right down on the beach.  It only stuck for about 30 minutes but it was really fun.   I had to laugh, we lived in Colorado for a few years and had lots of folks go to Arizona every year to escape the snow and cold...what a surprise they got this year for a few days.

   :in-love:        I heard about this weather, snow falling in the state of Arizona. Some places in Arizona do get snow, specially the higher elevations. Mostly Arizona does stay warmer than most places though.      :in-love:

I love to see snow if I am home and off the roads.  Do not drive in the snow.
