I am soo addicted to cinnamon buns!  I tend to unroll them and eat them as one long continuous strand, just like I did as a kid.

A wonderful national 'food' day -- sticky buns or cinnamon rolls?  Yes, please!  I do use the tube variety, but it's not really so difficult to make them from scratch if you allow yourself a bit of time.  In that way you can get the cinnamon/sugar (or brown sugar) filling the way you like it.  Just check out Paula Deen on foodnetwork.

Cinnamon (Ceylon variety - best) is the ingredient that has some proven health benefits.  It does a body good as it's an anti-inflammatory loaded with antioxidants, has blood sugar lowering abilities and cuts the risk of heart disease, purported to fight cancer cell growth and can fight bacteria like listeria and salmonella.
