A Different TAP Research Problem

This problem is different than what most people are having with TAP at Fusion Cash. Besides FC, I do a lot of TAP Surveys on another site.

Beginning this afternoon or evening, I could not access TAP on either site getting  a message saying

Sorry, it looks like you are not located near your postal code.

I have opened a support ticket with TAP and they responded amazingly fast.

They said that for some reason, my IP address and zip code do not match.  I have had this IP address and zip code for all the years I have been doing TAP Surveys. (Their engineers are looking into it.)

I have been reading all the posts about TAP not crediting. Someone wrote about a strange problem with TAP ...   something different ...

Any suggestions?

That stinks.... I do not have any suggestions for you, sorry    My issue this morning is that Tap is STILL not crediting.  I just completed a long survey and got "Congratultions you have earned $1.12"  But nothing.  It is SO frustrating. I guess I will keep hoping that these credits show  up eventually.  I have heard nothing from FC support after submitting a ticket earlier this week.  I guess I will try to contact Tap support if I can figure out how to do that!

I use TAP on another site and have had no issues completing and getting credit.

Has anyone rec'd a response back from a ticket they submitted?

It happened to me a while back.  I couldn't get into Tap enough to send a ticket but I assumed it was the same sort of situation.  It comes from the internet provider,  I know I have gone to websites and when they pull up a store near me sometimes it is way off base.  I just waited it out and things went back to normal.  You may try disconnecting your internet and re-establishing connection may resolve the conflict.

I think that TAP will eventually credit. If I could, I would keep doing TAP. All of us remember that this happened a few months ago and we eventually got all our TAP credits.

I am still getting the error message when I tried to access TAP just now.

I, also, was doing TAP on another site and that was the only thing that I did on this other site. I really like TAP and hope they can and will correct my situation.

I may try rebooting my internet and see if that helps.

If you go to the TAP wall, there is a small figure of a person all in black. it is in the upper right hand corner. If you click on, you will be taken to your account and be able to update, so I believe.

TAP fixed my problem and I am able to access TAP again. I think that it was an update problem.  I needed to update.

I do TAP on another site besides Fusion cash and this other site prefers for me to contact TAP directly.

Fusion Cash has asked us not to contact clients directly.

I did several tap research tasks the other day and none of them credited. Very frustrating.

I am really hoping they get it fixed before the 28th. If they don't I won't be able to cashout. I have completed several surveys that I have not been credited for that will make it possible to cashout. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

Are you getting credit via FC for doing TAP? I can see my earnings but no credit on FC

I was able to earn my 5 cents doing HyPRM this morning. Had a lot of easy ones, not the 12 page ones.

I went to TAP and got the message that "no surveys are available". I am going to continue to attempt TAP on FC even though it is still not crediting.

I think that it will eventually credit just like the last time.
