Update:I have sent a Support Ticket detailing the situation. It has only been a day since I sent it, so I am patiently awaiting a response.
The way I see it there are 4 scenarios that may unfold.
1) They allow me to keep this account and keep going, but they strip me of my $5.00 Sign-up Bonus (as I suggested to them). They may also delete my old account (I never did, only logged on the 1 time in the last 6 years)
2) They make me switch back to my old account. To compensate for the work done so far on this account, they credit that account with a bonus credit that does not apply to the $15.00 in offers requirement. The reason it should be a bonus credit is to make it easy for them to simply apply a single credit rather than each individual offer. And I have no problem having to restart the offer requirment, even though I have already reached it. It is sort of a slap on the wrist for having made my (honest) mistake and not carefully reading the Terms again.
3) The make me switch back to my old account. They do not compensate for the work done on this account at all.
4) They ban me from FusionCash entirely for having violated the Terms of Service. They delete both accounts and either ban me for a period of time or forever.
I really hope one of the first two listed scenarios is what occurs. I think they are reasonable, fair, and realistic. I really hope one of the last two listed scenario is NOT what occurs. I think they are harsh, especially the last one. Yes, I did something wrong, however it was an honest mistake. I posted on the forum and sent a support ticket to them (a more direct communication, thank you rwhite17 for the suggestion). I did this to inform them and let them know there were no ill intentions.
I will be interested in your observations about Fusion Cash from when you were active 6 years ago and the present.
and yes, let us know about your observations
When I used to be active, I was pretty active. I had a streak of at least 6 months of cashing out at an average of about $35-$40 per month, some months over $50. Other than that streak I still cashed out every 2-3 months.
Since re-joining on the 25th, about a week ago, I have made $16.57 as of now NOT including the $5 sign-up bonus, so mostly in offers. This seems to be around a little bit higher than my previous pace, but it also includes enthusiastic survey work, invigorated by a renewed freshness to it.
What is new and what is different to me: TapReach Daily Surveys and receiving DQ bonuses over $0.01 (have gotten up to about $0.18).
Mobile / Tablet offers.
The Tasks section seems to be through a new provider (dont know if for better or worse, have not done any).
The Paid to Listen radio is no longer an option.
There are seemingly a lot less Paid to Sign-up offers (although I have not checked out TrialPay, which is described as having multiple offers).
There are still a good number of survey options, I believe some of the same providers (but of course all the surveys are new, I doubt any are still going 6 years later).
Mostly the rest seems to be the same. The FC surveys started not to long before my hiatus, I think.
Welcome Home.
welcome back
Great to have you back.
Thank you all!
