What is the typical response time on a support ticket?

I sent in a support ticket 7 days ago without a response yet (other than instant email that it was received). It says they try to respond within 48 hours, however it did have a message saying it could take longer due to a high volume of tickets.

It was not a simple, offer did not credit or anything.. It was a bit more complex of an issue.. See my post(s) in my "Former Member returning after 6 years" thread.
The last post on the thread is my detailed update.


If you will, please let me know your typical response time, and/or if you have had a complex support ticket and it's corresponding response time.

Sad to say but FC support hasn't been very quick to answer lately. I've had questions open for a month.

Oh wow. But other things still happen on schedule?

Like credit for forum posting / payment pic, and receiving your cash out? (I know these take awhile).

If you cash out each month you should start getting paid.. each month (after the first one potentially takes awhile).

With one exception, Fusion Cash has responded to tickets I've sent within a day or two.  I rarely send a ticket but when I do FC is on it in a timely manner.

The only time I didn't get a response was with the recent downtime of Tap Research.  I'm sure that was due in large part to the fact that admin was inundated with tickets.  The fact that TR is back, I have no problem not getting a response to my ticket.

Good luck I have a ticket open since December and still no reply.  Opened another one on the same topic on April 1st and still nothing

Well as long as the cash outs come (and forum posting bonus, etc.) then I guess it is all good.
They probably get flooded with needless tickets all the time, which makes it hard to respond to the legit / important ones timely.

I doubt it.  I think a lot of people try to resolve issues on their own.  I wouldn't think it could take that long to reply to support tickets anyway.  They have staff that do nothing but support tickets.  I have experienced and others have said they have experienced smart mouthed answers.  The forum bonus will come but sometimes you will get 2 in one month. But I have always got mine.  And the pay out always comes as well.

I would suggest using PayPal because paper checks can get lost in the mail.

I don't bother with support, back when they sort of answered timely they didn't bother to actually read or understand, they just sent a canned response on whatever category they thought it closely fit into. 

But payouts come! Sometimes forum bonus is delayed but then you get two at once (they have always eventually shown up)

For me, it has varied. Sometimes within a week, sometimes many weeks. But I have never NOT got a response. I try to not bug them with the little stuff, I know they must get them quite frequently and probably get tired of them. I haven't worked for FC, but I have worked in that kind of environment and it's not as easy as one would think. It is time consuming and monotonous. Just try to be patient, if your issue was a more complex one, it stands to reason it may take a bit longer for them to sort out  :)

Update:

I received a response today. It took 4 weeks, but it came.

I also received last months forum posting bonus today.. coincidence? Maybe. Or maybe they get to everything at the same time so it gets done in a short spurt, not a little everyday.
