how about a scratch card when people graduate from their current levels?  for those who have already reached the highedt should get a scratch card at  the end of each month.

I'm going to assume the forum levels - newbie, gold, silver, etc.

This could be a good idea.

I am taking that the different color rank , how many years or rank , different level you are in the color , i see red , and blue , gold the top people that been doing it longer .  trying to understand it better ,

That is not levels.  All that is has to do with how many posts you have made. Not what you have done on the site.

There was another site I was a member of, I think it was one of the ones that closed where you were on levels and it had to do with how much money you earned.  And as you progressed to higher levels you made more money for doing things on the site.
