It's also spring break for a lot of people. What are you looking forward to most about this weekend?

I am looking to do spring clean up outside. The leaves need to be cleaned up and the grass cut for the first time.

My boyfriend and I are going to take advantage of the nice weather and are planning to spend some time outside in a nearby park over the weekend. I don't think I have anything else significant planned.

Spring has sprung in Colorado with temperatures in the seventies! I started off the weekend by cutting back to ten hours at my day time job and taking the night off from my second job last night. My wife, and I, took our Golden Retrievers on a five mile hike. Afterwards we settled back on our front porch with a nice bottle of Pinot Noir, watched the sun set over the Rockies an caught up on each other's lives as we played fetch with the dogs. Today I am currently finishing up a blood donation, will volunteer at a dog shelter, spend three hours on yardwork and than I am blessed to have both kids (and their boy/girl friends) coming home from college for a huge dinner. After they pass out I will work at my second job for a few hours. Tomrrow will be spent working while the family goes skiing.

Easter candy yep that is about it.  I will boil some eggs but I won't bother coloring or decorating them as no kids in my family and I just want some to make egg salad.

Now that our grandchildren are older teens we really don't do anything for Easter. I miss them being younger. We had such fun with Easter egg hunts and cooking out. I surely will shop after Easter to buy us a few bags of clearance Easter candy.

Early  Church service, spend some time with family and then head out of town for a  few hours. Go to the lake visit with some friends  from out of town who will be there.  The  guys will fish  for  awhile and then we will have a  BBQ for every one. Long day but  fun.
