I scanned it into Windows photo gallery, opened it, clicked edit at the top, chose  resize 
smaller: 640  and save. then under EARN, more, I filled in the form and chose the file, after resizing to 640 it took

Somewhere in the forum I read They used to get the 1.00  payment bonus by posting it here, but that changed. Now it's EARN,  more ,  and fill out the form under payment picture bonus.

Yep, they do it automatically once they approve it. You have to use the submission form or they won't consider it. Good luck!

I just use "paint" myself. I've never had to resize it.  Also, make sure you black out any personal info. Such as name, address, email address, etc. The transaction ID is OK though.
