Name of a Movie
« on: May 31, 2019, 11:56:57 am »
The last time I posted this you all were able to come up with the movie.

I have another I would like to watch again but I don't remember the name. SO I will tell you what I remember.  And it is kind of sad.

First you have 2 sisters and they both like the same guy.  The younger sister is like 13 so he is WAY too old for her.  Her older sister likes the guy too but the younger one doesn't know it.  The boy is nice to the younger girl but that is as far as it goes.  But he is like seeing the older sister secretly maybe? Nobody seems to know.

Anyway one day is is disking a field and he stands up on the tractor and is leaning off trying to grab a tree branch and he falls off the tractor which keeps going and it runs over him.  The younger sister witnesses it.  And runs and gets her dad.

That is about all I remember.  I remember it was a good movie but you better be ready to cry.

The Man in the Moon?

I just now saw this reply.

THANK YOU!  This sounds like what I am thinking.  Wonder where I can find it?  I had watched it before but was flipping thru channels and came across it and did not see it from start to finish.

According to a Roku search, it's streaming on Vudu, Tubi, Roku channel, Pluto TV for free with ads, on Amazon Prime, Showtime and Tribeca Shortlist with subscription, or rent from Google Play, Fandango and Redbox for 2.99.

I don't know where you will find it.  If you do let me know.  I think it was on something like Lifetime.  I googled it and Wikipedia has a good description and yes it is what I was thinking of.  You could probably find it on something like Netflix (which I do not use) or something like that.  I don't want to pay for it as in buying the DVD.

Oh well thanks.  I have Vudu.  And I think I have Tubi and Pluto both downloaded as well.  I am not sure about Fandango.  I have an account but not done a lot with it.  Can you watch stuff for free on there?

I'm not sure. I've never used Fandango. I think it's only rent or buy, no freebies. But I could be wrong.

Well thanks for the info.  I will look for it this weekend on vudu.  I do have an account with them.  I may need to go to Walmart and buy some Kleenex first. lol

I haven't gone to a movie for so long, I would 't have any  idea.  Unless it's advertised on tv, I don't know anythng about it.

This is nothing that was on the big screen.  I think it was something like a lifetime movie?  It was just on tv.  And it is old.

It was good.  But sad.  Kind of like that stupid movie, I can't think of the name of it but it is a love story and basically the movie is remembering.  The man is reading a diary to his wife who has lost her mind.  Smh now I want to know the name of this one.  It is horribly sad.
