Do you get tired in early afternoon?

I have trouble getting consistent, good sleep.  I never know when I will sleep only 2-3 hours per night or will get maybe 5-6, which is about the most I usually sleep.  I also never know what time I will actually fall asleep.  So, in short, depending on all these factors, I am frequently somewhat tired and unmotivated somewhere between 1-4p.m. It's a good thing I am retired since my sleep worsened just before I quit working.

Some days I feel like I am worn out especially around 3 or 4 in the afternoon. I only drink 2 cups of coffee a day and I take one vitamin D pill a day. Do you ever feel tired and what do you do for it?

Lately, I have mid-morning sleep attacks where I fall asleep at the computer for at least 10 minutes. Used to do that when working, too.  I also fall asleep between 1-2 p.m. for over an hour and again around 8 p.m. for a couple minutes. I'm definitely not able to keep my daily routine. I do sleep well at night now. I don't know what to do about it. I've tried getting up and walking around a bit but it didn't help. So I just have to wait until I can work it out somehow.

No, I don't get tired in the PM. I exercise in the morning and is busy throughout the day.
