what is 'tap'? 

The TAP surveys.  Go to EARN CASH then I think REPEAT DAILY and it is in the list.  It says something about 50 cents per survey but you won't get that.  But you get paid well for the DQ and if you are in the survey for a long time the DQ is more cents.

I think this is the one where you do a preliminary thing where you answer about 10-15 questions for kind of built a profile.

That's great to hear. I love TAP. I don't get tons of money from them. Usually only about 20 cents per survey if I'm lucky. But I'll definitely take it!
