I just got 28 bottles of Boost energy drink to test...get 3 surveys while I'm doing it...each one pays $2... :highfive:

TWENTY EIGHT BOTTLES??? lol

I done some kind of flavored fizzy water a while back but they sent the bottles 1-2 per test separately.  I think they sent about 3 times.

I have done probably a dozen product tests over the years. I've done shampoo, beverages (soda & sparkling water), yogurt. It's been a while since I've done one, though.

I'm signed up with one. Funny but every time I get an email from them to test a product, I go to the site and pick an item but I never hear back and never receive an item but they want me to review the product. How am I supposed to review a product if I didn't test it? I'm going to drop them because it's a waste.

Have you contacted them and told them you are not receiving the items?  Could be they have the address wrong or it could be somebody is getting the package out of your mail box or even your mail carrier just not delivering it.  I would not just give up and walk away without investigating it more.  If they send you a package they will have a tracking number and the PO can track it and see every move it made from leaving the facility to where ever it ended up.

I signed up for "informeddelivery" with the USPS and I have an account and I can log in and see what I am suppose to receive in the mail every day.  It shows what is coming my way when I have a package.  Shows up as soon as it goes in to their system.

I usually don't do them because they require a credit card and will continue to bill and send the product on a regular basis.  Do these do that or are ??? they just trial and evaluate type tests?

That's weird. I have never had a single product test survey ask me for anything like that. I certainly would never hand out my credit card info. that's crazy.

I have done several of those surveys on another site.  It was great.  They send you full size products to test and give your opinion on.  You get to keep the products.  I have done tests on toilet paper, laundry detergent, shampoo and conditioner, and trash bags.

No they don't.  I have never been asked for payment.  I am not talking about a trial thing you sign up for.

This is a PRODUCT TEST and they send you the product free of charge to use and you promise to do the follow up survey.  You are usually paid for the pre survey and the follow up survey and then sometimes paid x amount for doing the test.  Sometimes the product is payment.  Most times you can keep the product (what is left of it) but occasionally you will be asked to send what is left back to them. I am sure there are reasons for that such as evaluating the container or seeing how much you used or something like that.

You are told exactly what is asked of you up front. Like the one we have discussed is a vacuum and you have to return it at the end of the test period and you have to video yourself using it.  On that they may ask for a CC so they can charge you for it if you decide to get cute and not return it.  I have done testing where the item needed to be returned after use.  A woman I went to church with said well I would just keep it.  I tested several products for them and always done what I was suppose too. That is also why I was rated EXCELLENT and was first in line for new tests.

I would not provide a credit card for anything.

I recently had an offer to review granola bars.  It’s been a while since I did a product test review because I was busy and not because I didn’t qualify.  I love doing paid product reviews but I wish they had a better process of delivering the survey so the entire process can be completed or at least done quickly.  When the company sends the product with written directions, it should also be accompanied with the ending link to the final survey instead of going through upteen emails just to find one link that’s not even labelled correctly.

I really don’t see why the final survey link can’t be written in the product test directions.  Just seems much more convenient for everyone...  or is it just me that doesn’t like how it’s done?  LOL  ;D

I'm doing a product test right now. I got it in the mail yesterday. I'm supposed to use it for 2 weeks. I used it for the first time today, and... it's awful. I don't know if I can make myself use it for 2 weeks.  :-\

You don't have to.  Just try to use it a couple times.  Most will tell you like two or three times.  Then tell them that.  It seems like I have done that before.  When you do the survey just tell them what you think about it.

You are putting junk mail in an envelope and mailing it?  I can tell you the envelope stuffing scams are not real.  I  would not expect to get paid for that.

I am not understanding who is asking you for bank statements or water bills or cable bills.  I would not do that.

Unless you are talking about that thing where you submit your bills to them for whatever reason.  I have been offered that a few times.  I won't do it.  Esp not for only $10.  And IF you give them your bank statement you better black out your personal info such as account numbers.

If you have good security, antivirus and a strong firewall search this, it's is a good way to earn:

User Testing – User Testing pays $10 a pop for testing websites.

$10 is not small potatoes!!

I also did that for 2 months recently. It's not like stuffing envelopes for a "job". They just want your junk mail. Yes, they also want your utility bills, etc. but mine are all paperless. So they only got real estate, casino and political postcards from me. I barely get any mail. I only check the mailbox maybe twice a week, unless I'm expecting something.

BTW, I never got paid for it. Maybe my junk mail wasn't juicy enough. LoL

Have you done this?  I have seen this before but decided against it.
