Happy summer is it fall yet? days will be getting shorter now, I don't like heat, bring on the fall !!.....I hope you all have a fun safe summer

I feel like I'm going to suffer from the heat again during night times, last year I went out with friends and when I came back to my house and opened my room door it was like a sauna inside I was shocked at how hot it could get. Planning to buy portable AC now so I do not need to endure the heat this year.

Summer came in with a boom. Today we will be in the high 90's but feeling like triple digit. A heat advisory has been issued for 11 AM till 7PM. Wow, that's too hot.

And a happy, jolly, Merry Summer to you! I am happy in any kind of weather because I am usually in a climate controlled office and don't get out very often. I do love sunshine and bask in it's rays when I do have time off. Too much heat is not pleasant for me. I am okay up to eighty nine (arid Colorado) degrees but the minute that the heat hits ninety degrees I slow down, get grumpy and do not enjoy life as much unless there is a pool or lake near by. I include 'arid Colorado' because eighty degrees with humidity is not my cup of tea. Colorado seems to get about ten days over ninety degrees per year and we probably only use our central air conditioning four or five days a year. We can usually avoid using our furnace up until Halloween.

Summer hit  early yesterday it was 102.  Now inching up to io2 again and may get a little hotter. Darn sure  need some rain right about now to help  cool us off for a short time. I wish we had a couple of swamp coolers right about now. But  all we have are the portable AC's. They work great but so expensive to run.  We rarely  run all of them at the same time. If we are not in a room they are not  turned on. Do have a couple of  fan's going also to help blow it around more. Will have to live with this  for the next 3 months.

It feels like fall here i So Cal, it's only 72' with patches of dark clouds.  Hopefully this summer won't get as hot as last summer, so far so good.

when you young summer is awesme;school vaca and you dont feel the heat as much;now in my 40's the body feels it different and instead of school you have work

Hardly feels like summer in Michigan! I’m ready for warmer weather!
